How do I edit my next subscription order?
Of course you can edit your order if it hasn't yet been charged. Simply log into your account to edit before your next order date. Learn more about editing your bundle here.
My order just charged, can I still edit it?
We are unable to make any edits to an order once it has charged. If your order has not yet shipped and is still being processed, you can request an order cancellation by clicking the "Cancel Order" link in the "Past Orders" section of your account. Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed as our orders process and ship quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you needed to cancel an order but were unable to do so before the order shipped, learn how to set up a return here.

We always do our best to accommodate your preferences but keep in mind that they are subject to availability. As we pack your bundle, if we run out of a pattern you chose, we'll select another popular design to make sure you receive your bundle in a timely manner.
You can customize your diaper bundle directly from your Hello Bello account to select up to 7 different designs and ensure that you receive a variety in your shipment. Rest assured that we're working hard to get more designs in stock as soon as possible. Please follow the steps below to update your bundle shipping date.
1. Sign in to your account at www.hellobello.com/account and head to your Subscriptions Tab.
2. Scroll down to Subscription Details. Then Click the arrow to open "Next Order Date"
3. A calendar will appear, then using the arrow to move the calendar month. Once you're at the month, you can then click on the date you would like your next order to process.
4. Once the date has been selected, Click Save
5. If you would like the order to process now, You can Click on "Order Now".
Wanna switch things up? You can quickly edit your bundle up to 24 hours before it ships! Once you login to your account you will see your current Subscription Content including diaper size, diaper design, and any add-ons. Simply click the arrow to the right of each section to edit. The Subscription Details section will allow you to edit your subscription frequency, next order date, shipping address, and any promotional codes. If you have multiple subscriptions on your account you will need to click Edit Subscription on the card for the desired subscription to see all edit options. For each order, we will email you a reminder 2 days before we process your bundle. Be sure to make any edits before your Next Shipment date. Log into your account here to edit your next subscription.

No problem! Go to your bundle in your account and Scroll down to Subscription Details. Then Click the arrow to open "Next Order Date". A calendar will appear. Can an order be canceled?
An order cancellation can be requested up until shortly before the order ships. All orders that are eligible for a cancellation request will display a "Cancel Order" link in the "Past Orders" section of customer accounts. Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed as our orders process and ship quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Please note: canceling an order does not cancel your recurring subscription going forward.
Why don't I see the "Cancel Order" option next to my order?
An order can be canceled up until shortly before it ships. If you don't see the "Cancel Order" option it's because the order is too far along to be canceled. All orders eligible to be canceled will display a "Cancel Order" option. If you needed to cancel an order but were unable to do so before the order shipped, learn how to set up a return here.
How do I cancel my order?
Follow the steps below to cancel an order.
Log into your Hello Bello account. Scroll down and select “Past Orders”. Select “Cancel Order”.
When will I receive the refund after canceling an order?
Once canceled, the amount charged for the order will automatically be refunded. The standard time frame for refunds to be received back to the payment source is 3-5 business days (however, many customers see the refund post within 24-48 hours).
Processing a New Order
If you canceled your order because you needed to make changes, follow the steps below to update and process a new order. Log into your Hello Bello account Click the arrow to the right of “Bundle Settings” Follow the prompts to edit and submit updates to your Bundle. Under Subscription Details, click "Order Now" to process the updated order.
We make it easy to say goodbye. Simply log into your account and scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription". If you have multiple subscriptions on your account you will need to click Edit Subscription on the card for the desired subscription and then scroll to the cancellation link. Because we love our customer's feedback we do ask a few questions before you reach the Cancel tab.
Please note: canceling a subscription does not cancel any orders that have already charged. Learn how to cancel and order here.
Wanna keep your subscription but change the frequency?
You can skip or edit shipments anytime. When in your account, scroll down to Subscription Details, then Click the arrow on "Next Order Date." For each order, we will email you a reminder 2 days before we process your bundle. Be sure to make any edits or cancellations before your Next Shipment date.
Our diaper bundles are set to ship every 5 weeks. However, you can modify your shipments to every 3 or 4 weeks if you need diapers more frequently. Or you can skip an order if you have a supply of products to work through.
To update your order frequency, sign in to your account at www.hellobello.com/account and head to your "Subscriptions Tab". Then scroll down to "Subscription Details".
There you have several options:
1. Click "Frequency" to update to 3 weeks, 4 weeks or 5 weeks. Upon selecting click "Save".
2. Select "Order Now" for your order to process immediately.
3. Click "Next Order Date" to enter a specific date for the order to process.
4. Click "Skip Shipment" and your next shipment date will be skipped.
Yes. We offer multi-bundles which consist of 7 packs of diapers. You can order 2 different diaper sizes or 2 different training pants.

Absolutely! You can have more than one subscription program and ship to different addresses.
Log into your account, scroll down to "Add New Subscription" then add your products and provide the mailing address for the shipment.
Each regular Bello Bundle comes with four packs of 60-count, fragrance-free, plant-based wipes.

We ship to all doorsteps in the continental U.S. via UPS shipping and to Canada from the US via DHL Air. We cannot currently ship to U.S. Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska but our partners Amazon.com and Walmart do! At the moment, we do not ship internationally but we will let you know when that changes! We accept all major U.S. credit cards.
When contributions come into your diaper fund you will be emailed a gift card number. Each time a contribution is given the gift card will be reloaded with those additional funds.
To use your Diaper Fund, log into your account, go to "Edit Subscription", scroll down and click "Discount Code". Then apply the entire amount in the field provided and click "Save".
The Gift Card will be automatically applied until it is depleted.
When a credit is issued to your account it is automatically applied towards the next order.
It's simple. Log into your account, click "Redeem My Points" and your reward amount gets automatically applied to your next subscription order.

The EWG is very rigorous in their vetting of products to ensure they meet their strict standards. It’s simply a long process! Trust us - we’re working on it and are confident that the rest of our products will pass the test, as well.
Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free. We do not conduct or commission animal tests and do not use ingredients from suppliers that conduct or commission animal tests.
Yes! Our diaper rash cream is safe to use with cloth diapers and will not cause the undesirable “repelling” effect like some other creams. As with other mineral and plant-based creams, be sure to use enough of a proper detergent and wash with hot water to effectively clean the diapers.
We prioritize using non-GMO ingredients and are in the process of becoming Non-GMO Project Verified – following the Project’s standards of best practices. In the meantime, you’ll find a list of ingredients included in each product on each individual product page.
We use as many organic ingredients as we can without driving up the final cost of the products we make. Sometimes we can make a 100% organic formula and keep the cost down; other times it may be only 75% organic. Regardless, you can always rest easy knowing our products are safe and effective. The wipes can be used on a baby's face and hands. The formulation of the wipes is 99% water combined with botanical extracts and preservatives to soothe and clean skin and is safe for your baby's delicate skin.
Thanks for reaching out! We use non-nano zinc oxide as our active, skin-protecting ingredient in the sunscreen and it's the cause of the whitening effect. It's what's known as a "physical" sunscreen and sits on the surface of your skin as opposed to being absorbed into it. We chose to use it in our line of family-friendly products because the American Academy of Dermatology recommends physical sunscreens if you have sensitive skin. We also think the whitening effect makes it a little easier to make sure you're putting enough on and not missing any spots, which is key to proper application.
